I do this the easy way and I do it very often. I just play my favourite song ‘10000 reasons (Bless the Lord)’ the song co-written by Matt Redman and Jonas Myrin, A beautiful song with the power to make us fly light. I play it on every Sunday in my car while I drive to Church. The Church experience post this music turns out a meditative journey !
And although the song is classified as a Christian worship song, anyone can seize the intent of this song, and reflect on the umpteen reasons to feel grateful. Ode to Christ is only in the last line, exception to this, it is a religion agnostic song.
